Vinya is currently in a pre-launch, early-access phase. This page explains what we collect today, through this waitlist site, and what will change once the full product launches.

What we collect right now

Joining early access takes you to a Google Form, where you can share your name, email, and a few optional details (like your experience level or goals). That information is used only to let you know when your spot is ready and to share early-access updates. It is stored in Google Forms and is subject to Google's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

We do not collect any health, medical, or wellness information on this waitlist site. No practice data, physical conditions, or similar details are requested here.

What happens once the product launches

The full Vinya product will ask for wellness-related information — such as goals, experience, and physical considerations — in order to personalize your routine. That information will be collected inside the secure, authenticated product, never through a marketing form, and handled with protections appropriate to its sensitivity. A complete privacy policy covering the live product, including data retention and your rights over your data, will be published before that information is ever collected.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. Waitlist details are used only to communicate with you about early access, and aren't shared with third parties beyond the service providers (like Google Forms) needed to operate the waitlist itself.
