Personalized yoga, built around you

Yoga that starts with you.

Tell us your goals, experience, and wellness profile. We turn that into a routine built for your body, not a generic playlist of poses.

We're building this in the open. Early members shape what we build next.

Warm-up Asana Pranayama Relaxation

Every routine is a sequence built for a purpose, not a random set of poses.

The problem isn't access to yoga. It's knowing what's right for you.

There are thousands of routines online. For a beginner, that's not a shortcut — it's a wall of unanswered questions.

What should I actually practice?
How long should a session be?
Which poses fit my level?
What should I avoid, given my body?
How do I structure a routine?
How do I stay consistent?

Your personal yoga guide, in five steps

Every recommendation starts with information about you — not a generic program applied to everyone.

01

Create your profile

Age, experience, and the basics we need to keep things safe and relevant.

02

Tell us your goals

Flexibility, stress relief, strength, better sleep — whatever brought you here.

03

Complete your wellness assessment

Lifestyle, limitations, and preferences, so recommendations fit your actual life.

04

Get your recommendations

A routine built from a structured, safety-checked yoga knowledge base.

05

Practice and track progress

Follow along, and refine your routine as your practice grows.

What we actually consider

Personalization only means something if it's based on real information. Here's what shapes your routine.

Age Yoga experience Fitness level Goals Lifestyle Preferences Wellness concerns Physical limitations Practice duration Difficulty level

What a recommendation looks like

Here's a sample of the kind of routine the system builds — shown here as an illustration of the format.

Example routine — illustrative, not a live recommendation
25 minutes Beginner Morning

Your morning grounding routine

Built for: stress relief, gentle mobility

  • Warm-up — neck and shoulder release
  • Asana — Cat-Cow, Child's Pose
  • Asana — Standing Forward Fold
  • Pranayama — Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing)
  • Relaxation — Savasana

Includes duration, difficulty, step-by-step instructions, benefits, and safety notes for each pose in the full product.

Personalization should also mean knowing when to be cautious.

Recommendations come from a structured, rule-checked knowledge base — not an AI inventing advice on its own.

  • Safety-aware filteringPractices are matched against your profile before anything is recommended, not after.
  • Contraindication checksPoses with known cautions for certain conditions are flagged or held back.
  • Clear disclosuresYou'll always know why something was recommended and what to watch for.
  • Guidance toward professionalsFor higher-risk situations, we point you toward qualified in-person guidance rather than guessing.
Vinya provides personalized yoga and wellness guidance. It is not a diagnostic or medical-treatment product, and it does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before starting a new practice.

Built on real yoga knowledge, not guesses

Grounded in practice, not just code

Vinya is being built by a yoga practitioner and a product engineer, together — so the knowledge base reflects real training, not just what's easy to automate.

Questions people usually ask

What is personalized yoga, really?

It means your routine is built from your goals, experience, and wellness profile — instead of everyone getting the same generic sequence.

Does this diagnose medical conditions?

No. Vinya offers wellness-oriented yoga guidance. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it isn't a substitute for medical care.

Can complete beginners use it?

Yes — beginner-friendliness is one of the main reasons this exists. Routines are matched to your actual experience level.

Can I use it if I have a health condition?

In many cases, yes, with appropriate safety adjustments. For higher-risk conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgery, we'll point you toward professional guidance rather than generating a routine automatically.

Is AI making the recommendations?

AI helps personalize language and adapt routines, but it works within a structured, rule-checked yoga knowledge base — it doesn't freely invent health advice.

Will my personal information be protected?

Yes. We collect only what's needed, and sensitive wellness information is handled with the privacy protections it deserves. Details will be in our Privacy Policy at launch.

Is it free?

Early access will include a free tier. Pricing for advanced personalization will be shared as we get closer to launch.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet — it's on our roadmap. The web experience is being designed mobile-first in the meantime.
